Where we deliver
The Completedworks' online store delivers to all destinations worldwide.
Festive shipping dates
Please place your order before 12pm on 23rd December to receive before 25th December within UK. For EU deliveries order before the 21st December and for most non EU destinations order by Friday 18th December.*
For all in stock items, we despatch all orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if received before 12pm GMT. For orders received after 12pm, we will despatch the next working day. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday's. If you need anything urgently please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate wherever we can.
Delivery times and costs
We ship with a courier (usually DHL Express) to ensure you always receive your order as soon as possible. We are currently offering free worldwide delivery.
We offset the carbon emissions of our shipping through DHL GoGreen Logistics.
Try before you buy (London zones 1-3)
We are partnered with Toshi, a ‘try before you buy’ service covering Zones 1-3 in London. Select ‘Toshi Try Before you Buy’ at the checkout page and a Toshi assistant will bring the items in your basket directly to your address. You’ll only pay for what you keep and any unwanted items will be returned for you. Please note a minimum basket total of £200 is required for this option to appear.
Customers outside EU
Please note that your package may be assessed for import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Please note that we don't have the ability to declare a different value when shipping your order.
Customers within EU
In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU, all orders delivered within UK and to destinations in member countries of the EU are inclusive of VAT. The final price will be calculated at the checkout after the destination country has been selected. If you are at all unsure please don't hesitate to contact us to check.
As soon as your order has been despatched, you'll be sent tracking details which will allow you to track your order with our partner courier. Should you need any assistance tracking your order or if you have any questions please don't hestiate to contact us.
*All deadlines based on partner courier recommended dates but not guaranteed and some more remote locations may need more time. To confirm the delivery deadline for your particular address or if you have any concern please contact us.
