We are partnered with TOSHI to provide in-store experiences directly to your door. You can choose our TOSHI Try Before You Buy service at the check out page. Your TOSHI assistant will deliver the order to your location and wait while you try on the products before you pay at your door, and return any unwanted products immediately. Please note TOSHI service is currently covering London zone 1-6, and a minimum basket total of £200 is required for this option to appear.
Inspire Me sevice
If there is any additional products you would like to try on or you would like some recommedations from us. You can choose our Inpire Me service as an option. You will only pay for the products you keep and your TOSHI assistant will take the unwanted products back to us.
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, and V Pay.

For any order related matters, such as changing appointment time or location, item return, or your order is a gift, please email Toshi firstname.lastname@example.org; or use the "Contact Us" link in your TOSHI order confirmation email or in your TOSHI order confirmation text message. TOSHI's client service is available from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Please note that changes must be made before your TOSHI assistant is en route.
