Is this a limited release?

Yes. Completedworks for ASICS SportStyle is a limited collaboration and available on a pre-order basis only. Quantities are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis. 

 

How does the pre-order work?

All pairs are available exclusively via pre-order and will ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. You will see a pre-order button on the product page. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pair.

 

Is there a purchase limit?

Yes. To ensure fair access, purchases are limited to one pair per customer. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed this limit. 

 

When will my order ship?

Pre-orders will be dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once your order has shipped, standard return terms apply.

 

What is the returns policy?

Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The sneakers must be unworn and unused
• Tried on indoors only
• Returned in original shoe box and packaging
• Include all tags and materials

Items showing signs of wear, creasing, marks on soles, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

 

From where do you ship?

All orders are shipped from the UK. 

 

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?

For orders shipped outside the UK, Europe, and the US, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact our team at info@completedworks.com

 

What if my order contains both pre-order and in-stock items?

If your order includes both, our team will contact you to confirm whether you prefer:

• A split shipment, or

• To wait and ship everything together

 

What if there is an issue with my sneakers?

If you experience any issue relating to construction or wearability, please contact info@completedworks.com within 24 hours of identifying the issue, and our team will assist you.

 

Is sizing true to size? 

This style runs slightly snug and fit may vary depending on foot shape. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up a size.

Can I use my discount code?

Due to the exclusive nature of the collaboration, discount codes, including welcome codes and promotional offers, cannot be applied to these products.
