All our gold jewellery is made from either recycled or Fairtrade gold, while a significant proportion of our silver is made from recycled or reclaimed silver. |

Bespoke FAQs
How much does a Bespoke piece cost? Bespoke costs vary depending on the materials used to create it, starting from £4000. How long does the Bespoke process take? The Bespoke process takes up to 12 weeks, from initial enquiry to final completion of the piece. If you require your bespoke piece sooner, please contact our team. Can I refund my piece if it’s not right? Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on Bespoke pieces. Once designed and production finalised and agreed upon we are unable to offer this. This applies for any customisation or engraving. Do I need to pay a deposit up front? A 30% deposit fee will be required upfront. The final fee is due upon completion of the piece. |
