Completedworks for ASICS SportStyle is a limited pre-order release. Due to the nature of this collaboration, the below return terms apply and differ from our standard returns policy:
Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused

Be returned in its original shoe box and packaging

Include all original tags, dust bags, and accompanying materials
Sneakers must be tried on indoors only. Items returned with signs of outdoor wear, creasing, scuffing, marks on soles, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected returns may be sent back to the original shipping address.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, you will receive instructions to generate your return label.
Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of generating your return label. Returns not sent within this timeframe will be cancelled and no longer eligible for processing.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will follow our standard regional return fees:
United Kingdom – £10
Europe – £15
United States – £15
Rest of world – £20
If you choose to use your own carrier, the return remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and approving your return.
Original shipping fees and duties/taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of this collaboration, exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Wearability & Product Concerns
If you experience an issue relating to the construction or wearability of your sneakers, please contact our team at info@completedworks.com within 24 hours of identifying the issue.
