What is a custom-made piece?
A custom-made piece is a special-ordered piece with personalisation, such as engraving and monogram.
Most of our custom-made products take between six and eight weeks to make. You can check the individual product page for a more specific production time.
As part of Completedworks sustainability practices we usually wait to despatch custom-made and in stock items together. If you'd like us to despatch your in stock and custom-made items separately please contact info@completedworks.com to arrange delivery.
What is a pre-order?
To order items which are not yet in stock, provided with an estimated despatch date in our product page. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the items are despatched.
Returning a custom-made piece?
Please note that custom-made, bespoke jewellery, or any piece with personalisation, such as an engraving, added are not eligible for a return.
