What is your return policy for online purchases?

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date for UK online orders. For international online orders, return-eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition

  • Be returned with all original tags attached

Beauty items, works of art, select home goods, and any other items designated “final sale” or purchased at or above 50 percent off (on sale or on promotion) are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of custom-made, personalised, monogrammed, special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Please note that custom-made, bespoke jewellery or any piece with personalisation, such as an engraving, added are not eligible for a return.

Completedworks reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Please note that original shipping fees, duties and taxes paid to clear customs are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Where can I check my return status?

Once we have received your returned items and confirmed your items are eligible under our Return Policy, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out of the original order.

The refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

 

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange for a different colour or size of the same item once per order. All exchange items need to meet the conditions under our Return Policy.

Please check with us if the exchange colour or size of your item is available.

 

Can I receive my refund on a different credit card than the one used for the order?

Unfortunately, all refund will be issued back to your original payment method only.

 

Returning a personalised piece?

Please note that custom-made, bespoke jewellery, or any piece with personalisation, such as an engraving, added are not eligible for a return.
