At Completedworks, we make pieces from recycled silver and gold vermeil because raw materials should hold their value. Return your jewellery to us and we'll fold it back into the materials we use - and offer you credit toward something new.

FAQS

WHAT PIECES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RECYCLING?

All Completedworks jewellery containing metal components, including gold, silver and brass pieces. 

ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?

All resin pieces are excluded from recycling. If you’re unsure whether your piece qualifies, please contact our Customer service team at info@completedworks.com

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Once you’ve submitted the form, our team will respond with confirmation and a prepaid shipping label within 2 working days. After your piece arrives at our showroom, please allow up to 7 working days for our team to review it. Your 15% credit will be issued the same day of approval. 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PIECE?

Gold and silver components are melted down and reintroduced into future Completedworks pieces. All other elements will be separated and recycled through external specialist partners. Beads and pearls will be removed before melting and donated for educational, artistic or material purposes. 

CAN I RECYCLE MORE THAN ONE PIECE?

Yes, you can include multiple pieces in a single submission. Please list each piece separately in the form and upload a photo of each. 

IS THE PROGRAMME AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE UK?

The programme is currently available to UK customers only, with a complimentary prepaid shipping label provided. We are working to extend the programme globally. 

HOW DOES THE 15% CREDIT WORK?

Our team will issue a unique 15% discount code to use towards your next purchase. The 15% off code cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
