Our Warranty Guarantee
We only offer a warranty guarantee on our jewellery pieces, we do not offer a warranty on our homeware pieces.
All our standard jewellery is plated however jewellery purchased from our fine collection is solid gold. If you are unsure whether the item you purchased is from our standard range or fine range please contact our Customer Service team.
One year warranty
All plated jewellery including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings are eligible for our one year warranty, from the date you received your item.
Our one year warranty covers:

Fallen out stones or pearls

Broken prongs, posts, clasps and wires

Snapped chains

Bent posts
-
Tarnished metal

Worn metal plating incl. ring plating
Two year warranty
All items from our Fine collection are eligible for our two year warranty, from the date you received your item.
Our two year warranty covers:

Fallen out stones or pearls

Broken prongs, posts, clasps and wires

Snapped chains
-
Bent posts
-
Tarnished metal
-
One-time polish and clean
Exclusions
If your item is covered by our warranties, we will repair it without charge.
Our warranties do not cover:

Lost item
-
Resizing
-
Damage from normal wear and tear

Scratches & nicks
-
Discolouration of the item due to exposure to chemicals

Jewellery theft
-
Items that have been repaired by a 3rd party, without prior consultation and agreement with us
If after inspection, the damage is deemed not caused by a defect, we will contact you and explain what repair options are available to you, and at what cost.
If you purchased your item via another official retailer, please provide your proof of purchase to confirm validity of your warranty.
Note: All resin and ceramic pieces are not repairable. If you find any issues with your resin or ceramic piece, please contact us immediately at info@completedworks.com.
Outside warranty
If you have accidentally damaged your item or need a repair outside of our warranty period, contact info@completedworks for further information on repair fees.
We also offer replating and resizing services. Please contact our team for more information.
To Initiate a Warranty Claim
To request a warranty claim, please contact info@completedworks.com using our online Repairs & Return form, clearly explaining a description of the issue, order number and photos of the item.
Return shipping costs
All global return shipping costs for items covered under our warranty guarantee are the responsibility of the customer. Completedworks will cover shipping the repaired item back to you.
