All orders are shipped worldwide via express courier with insurance covered. Delivery is free on all orders over £100. We accept returns for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty, bespoke, made-to-order from our Fine collection or personalised. We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service.

We use recycled metals from refiners committed to sustainable practices, melting down existing silver and gold to create high-quality materials with a lower environmental impact.
Our recycled glass is made from scrap windows and bottles.

Product Care
When you love something, you don't throw it away or replace it. You mend it. We can lovingly renew and restore sterling silver and gold vermeil jewellery - just like my grandparent's mended my clothes for me when I was a child.

Renewing: Completedworks gold vermeil plating lasts 2-3 years of regular wear. If it does become worn, we can offer an affordable and hassle-free replating service.
