Completedworks is an award-winning jewellery and homeware label based in Marylebone, London. Prioritising recycled and renewable resources, Completedworks’ pieces have been worn by brilliant women from many disciplines including poets, artists, activists, and actors such as Adwoa Aboah, Jodie Comer, Emma Watson and Maya Rudolph, as well as been auctioned in a contemporary designer sale at Christie’s New York. The role
Completedworks is looking for a Part-Time Production Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the development and production of our jewellery and homeware collections from our Marylebone studio.
This role will oversee product development, sampling, and production working closely with design, wholesale, and logistics teams to ensure collections are delivered on time and within cost targets.

Responsibilities include:

Driving weekly development meetings and managing collection timelines

Reviewing product specifications, construction, and materials sourcing for sampling and production

Overseeing the sampling process and managing revisions with factories
-
Costing new collections
-
Ensuring all collections are ready to go to market and accurately set up in Zedonk
-
Reviewing incoming orders and providing feedback to the sales team

Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers

Supporting client appointments and maintaining strong client relationships

Monitoring production timelines and troubleshooting

Coordinating shipments and working closely with logistics and warehouse teams

Tracking production costs and maintaining accurate system records to ensure budgets are met

Managing capsule developments and supporting repairs and quality control

Supporting overall product strategy and ensuring development goals are met
What you will bring:

Has experience in production or product development within jewellery, or accessories.

Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Is confident working with international suppliers and managing multiple timelines
-
Excellent problem solving and attention to detail
-
Has experience using Zedonk
