Product Care

When you love something, you don't throw it away or replace it. You mend it. We can lovingly renew and restore sterling silver and gold vermeil jewellery - just like my grandparent's mended my clothes for me when I was a child.

Renewing scratches and minor damage: Small scratches, broken posts, missing stones - these can also be easily repaired - so they can last a life time and become heirlooms.

Renewing: Completedworks gold vermeil plating lasts 2-3 years of regular wear. If it does become worn, we can offer an affordable and hassle-free replating service.

We use recycled metals from refiners committed to sustainable practices, melting down existing silver and gold to create high-quality materials with a lower environmental impact. Our recycled glass is made from scrap windows and bottles.

Collection Narrative:

SS27 Pre explores the beauty of contrast and the space between opposites. Challenging familiar distinctions between the natural and the sculptural, the refined and the unexpected, each piece embraces imperfection, fluidity and the quiet complexity of things that exist in between.

All orders are shipped worldwide by express courier and are fully insured.

Complimentary delivery on orders over £100.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange, excluding bespoke, personalised and made-to-order pieces from our Fine collection.
