A Holiday Curation... with Patricia Zhou

Patricia wearing The Breaths We Dare To Take earrings and P181 ear cuff

Dancer and Choreographer Patricia Zhou shares her holiday wishlist!

Home or away for the holidays?

"I've spent most of my Christmases home but away from my family dancing or working as the holiday season is usually really busy for dancers with the Nutcracker performances and the like, so the times where I have been able to go away and be with my family, who are spread between NY, England and China, have felt super special"

Last gift you gave?
"I got my partner a perfume from Documents, a perfume brand based out of China, whilst in Shanghai recently. Niche fragrances have become a bit of an obsession of mine this year, and when I smelled it, it immediately reminded me of my partner, Xander, and his love of pecans."

What does Christmas dinner look like for you?
"It differs year to year and depends on where I am! One Christmas Xander and I were in Mexico City and ended up having to order Papa John's pizza for the main meal cause nothing was open. Honestly it was pretty good and we still talk about the garlic butter dip and crust, which was a bit of a novelty, to this day! If we're celebrating at home and are cooking, it'll likely involve a roast chicken and homemade profiteroles."

Patricia's Curated Selections

In Search of Lost Time - Pearl and Zirconia Silver Earrings

"The asymmetry of these mixed earrings make them feel so unique and elegant. I also feel like they're not particularly wintery or summery so the giftee would get to enjoy these all year round."

Unrealised Potential - Mug in Matte Blue

"One of the first things people do in the morning or before bed is have a cup of coffee or tea. How sweet would it be for them to have a little reminder of you daily whilst they're getting ready to start / end the day?!"

Pearly Pearl - Small Vase In Matte White w/ Faux Pearl Bows

"There's almost nothing I love more than a bow. And this has plenty."
