How will my order be packaged?

All Completedworks creations are hand-packed by our team at our London-based studio, and delivered in an 100% recyclable Completedworks gift box.

Our jewellery is packed with a faux suede insert or plant-fibre divided pouch to prevent scratching. Our earrings posts are protected by recycled foam to ensure that they are not bent or broken during transit. We then place this box into our outer packaging with a layer of acid-free tissue paper, seal it with tape and the final touch - a shipping label.

Completedworks homeware is packed in a similar fashion. However, we use protective packaging peanuts made from plant starch that are compostable, biodegradable and dissolve safely in water, with eco-friendly bubble wrap which is recyclable.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. As such, our entire outer packaging, including our shipping labels, are recyclable. For more detailed information about this and other ways we are doing our part for the planet, please see our Sustainability page.
