About the role
We are looking for a Part-time Fulfilment Assistant to join the team during our busy November and December trading period, supporting the fulfilment of customer orders and ensuring they are packed and prepared for despatch to our high standards.
As a Part-time Fulfilment Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed and prepared for despatch in accordance with our brand standards and fulfilment processes. You will also assist with stock management, quality control and general fulfilment tasks to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
To be successful in this role, it is important to be methodical and organised. You will need to be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also important, as you will need to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the fulfilment process are running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing orders for shipping in our signature packaging and ensuring shipments meet our company standards.

Quality controlling stock on despatch to ensure clients receive products to a high standard.

Accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring the correct products and quantities are included and packed efficiently and securely.

Preparing shipping documentation and waybills, and ensuring orders are correctly processed for collection.

Assisting with stock inventory tracking, including monitoring stock movements, stock adjustments and flagging any discrepancies.

Receiving and checking incoming deliveries, including checking quantities and product quality and raising any discrepancies as necessary.

Assisting with processing returns and restocking products where required.

Maintaining an organised and efficient packing and fulfilment area, ensuring packaging materials and supplies are adequately stocked.

Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc fulfilment, stock and logistics tasks as required.
