About us

Completedworks is an award-winning jewellery and homeware label based in Marylebone, London. Prioritising recycled and renewable resources, Completedworks’ pieces have been worn by brilliant women from many disciplines including poets, artists, activists, and actors such as Adwoa Aboah, Jodie Comer, Emma Watson and Maya Rudolph, as well as been auctioned in a contemporary designer sale at Christie’s New York. In 2022, Completedworks was nominated for the BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund.

The role

The role will be based in our studio in Marylebone, London and is part-time position (2-3 days per week). It’s a key role within the company, pivotal to maintaining our customer base and supporting the continued growth of our DTC business.



 

Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for Completedworks clients over email, telephone, whatsapp and online chat.

  • Holding client showroom appointments

  • Handling individual client requests, ensuring the best level of customer service is met at all times

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on items to ensure they meet our standards

  • Prepare items for hallmarking, ensuring compliance with legal standards and subsequent production processes

  • Work closely with the workshop team to oversee and track production schedules, ensuring items are completed within set timeframes

  • Inspection of pieces before despatch to ensure quality and specification meets company criteria, as well as maintaining luxury approach to all wrapping, handling and presentation of stock

  • Packing and despatching client orders in the signature Completedworks packaging, maintaining a luxury approach to all wrapping

  • Assisting in ordering materials and liaising with suppliers

  • Overseeing all website activity including daily operational management, driving traffic and online sales

  • Devising and driving new strategic initiatives to optimise brand loyalty, grow customer reach and improve customer journey

  • Liaising with key teams as required to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Ensuring the site reflects brand identity and all touchpoints are consistent

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the wider team

  • Monthly Saturday showroom openings

 

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking.

 

Other required skills and experience include:

  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, ideally Shopify and Magento

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Problem solver with a hands-on approach and a willingness to help drive the brand forward

  • Ability to multi-task while always maintaining attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
