• Consent: If you have subscribed to one of our newsletters, we will also use your contact details to send out such newsletter based on your consent. We may also use your contact details, information on your previous purchases and shopping preferences to fulfil our services you subscribed to as a registered customer, including sending out invitations to special events/promotions, personalized services in store and profiled marketing offers through email or other messenger services based on your consent. Does Completedworks share your information with others?

Completedworks does not sell or rent our customer’s personal data to any other entity. We may share your data with others which are:

• Selected suppliers who perform functions on our behalf such as fulfilling orders and delivery of orders, processing payments, carrying out promotional services or data management, to maintain our website, to distribute emails, to send out our newsletter, to provide client communications and to manage our customer database. 
• As necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Completedworks’s behalf and in accordance with Completedworks’s instructions as data processors. We do not authorize any of our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data.
• Klarna – if you wish to consider Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain data, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess your eligibility. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy policy.

How do I unsubscribe from Completedworks newsletters and emails?

If you do no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other emails, you can unsubscribe as indicated in the particular communication, i.e. by using the unsubscribe link which is included on all newsletters and other emails. You may also contact us at info@completedworks.com 

How long do we keep your data

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
