Logistics & Production Coordinator

 


As Logistics & Production Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the production and commercial and product aspects of a company. The successful applicant's responsibilities will include product admin and ensuring that the collection is delivered to stockists on time following their requirements and in accordance with the brand standard. You will need to be strategic with allocations and methodical with processing orders from pick tickets to packing. To succeed in this role, being methodical, organised, a great trouble shooter and enjoying being busy will be important. The Logistics & Production Coordinator will be working as part of a supportive and hard-working team, which can be a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process all wholesale, personal orders, and staff shipments using Zedonk and 3PL, managing the workflow from Allocations to Pick Ticket to Delivery Note.

  • Ensure that stockist requirements and company standards are met, and deliveries are made within the designated timeframes.

  • Manage and train seasonal packers on processing wholesale, e-commerce, personal, and staff orders.

  • Assist the Junior Account Manager with processing all export documentation and shipping requirements as requested by clients.

  • Liaise with clients and our warehouse regarding orders and shipments, submitting invoices, and providing delivery documentation to obtain shipping authorization and account details.

  • Create seasonal product SKUs in Zedonk, including barcode creation, and input materials and CMT information.

  • Coordinate incoming production and inspect shipments for quality

  • Provide support with production needs including but not limited to tracking shipments, liaising with suppliers, coordinating raw material shipments, assisting in tracking production samples, preparing and checking purchase orders and invoices.

  • Manage packaging stock and assist in developing new packaging.

  • Handle UK hallmarking.

  • Oversee product repairs and processes.

  • Manage and co-ordinate internal and external inventory to ensure accurate stock levels on Zedonk and Shopify.

  • Coordinate seasonal stock takes and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Coordinate and process faulty products, stock swaps, re-orders and returns.

  • Maintain and assist with keeping budget and shipping trackers up to date.

  • Co-ordinate packaging supplies for order fulfilment and re-orders.

  • Be knowledgeable about the brand's seasonal and core collections.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth and efficient operation of the wider team.

Required experience & skills:

  • Similar role experience in wholesale logistics, inventory, and product.
  • Experience working within a contemporary fashion brand.

  • Highly organised, able to multitask and work smartly in a fast-paced business.

  • Capable of working on your own initiative and being part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Having advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) will give you an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Zedonk, 3PL, Microsoft Office and Shopify
